Our business is going from strength to strength, and our recent accolade, at the South Wales meat awards, confirms we are able to achieve the highest standards. For the third year running we have gained Gold Awards for our bacon, gammon and pork sausages. In 2005 we became the all Welsh Champions for our Gammon entry - not bad for our first attempt.

We use the old traditional method of covering the pork in dry cure and then leaving it to cure naturally. Our bacon offers you a quality product, free from white froth. Back, Streaky and old-fashioned Collar along with Gammons and boiling joints compliment our full range of bacon products.
Turn Your Own Pigs into Bacon and Sausages
We are able to offer you a service by which we can turn your own home reared pigs into valuable bacon and sausages to meet your requirements.
